Hello Families,

Sorry for the delay in sending this out. We are still waiting on the heat sheet to be finalized so I will send that out later tonight. Here is some information for tomorrow's Championship Meet at Oldham County Aquatics Center.

1. Plan to arrive around 7:00am, that will give you time to park and drop off items before our warm-up. That also gives us a chance to make sure we have everyone.

2. Warm-Up is at 7:35am - 7:55am

3. Meet starts at 8:00am and MUST be concluded by 12:00pm

4. Bring sunscreen and plenty of water - tomorrow looks to be hot and muggy. 

We still have several volunteer positions that need to be filled. We MUST have these filled in order for the meet to be successful.

5. Set-Up - this is easy, we just need someone to grab the tents from the pool and bring them and put them up so we have some shade and a meeting place for the kids.

Finally, last call for t-shirt sizes for swimmers. I need to get these to our vendor so that we can get them for our kiddos by our end of season celebration.

I will send out the heat sheet as soon as it is done.
